Emile Restaurant is a product-driven restaurant located in Copacabana, Rio de Janeiro.
The kitchen is led by Argentine chef Bernabé Simón Padrós, whose experience in some of the world’s most influential kitchens supports a contemporary approach centred on the ingredient. The dishes privilege clarity of flavour, balance and respect for the essence of each product.
The menu highlights Brazilian ingredients — preferably sourced from Rio de Janeiro — handled with technique to reveal, rather than transform, the raw material.
The space presents a warm and natural atmosphere, defined by a large vertical garden reminiscent of the Atlantic Forest and furniture designed by Arthur Casas, creating a dining experience that is quiet, precise and essential.
