This is the essence of Emiliano, a contemporary cuisine restaurant, with Brazilian influences, classic bases and an emphasis on product quality. Under the command of chef Viviane Gonçalves, a lively, thought-provoking, constantly evolving menu. Chef Vivi creates and executes recipes with high quality raw materials – however simple they may be –, prepared in an attentive and meticulous manner. What makes Emiliano’s gastronomic proposal unique, a combination of flavor with friendly and always competent service. The person responsible for the careful wine service is the award-winning sommelier Luís Otávio Álvares Cruz. He chooses the different labels available on our menu, from classics to wines from small producers – guaranteeing customers, in short, a complete enogastronomy experience in our restaurant.
