This commitment is reflected in our teams: in São Paulo, 12 of 17 leadership positions are held by women; in Rio de Janeiro, they lead 8 of 15 management roles. More than 65% of our managerial positions are held by women, of which 30% are under 24 or over 50 years old, and over 45% self-identify as Black, Brown, Indigenous, or Asian.
