Since 2010, the Emiliano Market Day has been one of the region’s most traditional fairs, bringing together neighbors, clients, and local producers to promote organic food production. The event features interactive activities, lectures, and stalls with selected products, alongside an open-air kitchen where Emiliano chefs prepare dishes for visitors. The fair is certified as a Zero Waste event.
