COMMUNITY CONNECTION
Supporting local projects is an essential part of our identity. Here are some of the initiatives we collaborate with:
• Solar Meninos de Luz: A civil and philanthropic organization that promotes integral education, culture, sports, professional training, basic health care, and social assistance for families in the Pavão-Pavãozinho and Cantagalo communities, located between Copacabana and Ipanema. All income from benefit concerts and pajama sales is donated to the NGO.
• Chef Aprendiz: A human development project through gastronomy, aimed at young people aged 17 to 24 in vulnerable situations. They receive theoretical and practical classes in culinary techniques, sustainability, and personal development. In a final competition, jurors offer job opportunities to participants who wish to start a career in gastronomy.
• Refettorio Gastromotiva: A social restaurant initiative where affordable lunches are served to the public, and at night the same menu is offered free of charge in a Solidarity Dinner for people in vulnerable situations.
• TUCCA: In São Paulo, renowned chefs and families gather to share culinary techniques and promote well-being. Led by our chef Vivi Gonçalves, we host cooking workshops as a tool for learning and transformation.
• Orientavida: Empowers and generates income for women in vulnerable situations through sewing and crafts. In partnership, we repurpose discarded hotel towels into slippers and teddy bears, reducing textile waste while creating social impact.
• Ecopatas (São Paulo) and RioEcoPets (Rio de Janeiro): NGOs that combine recycling with animal welfare. Plastic bottle caps are collected, sorted, and sold to specialized companies, with proceeds funding food, medicine, and spaying for abandoned pets.
