Sustainability Committee: Conscious Waste Management

• Zero Waste: All organic waste from our São Paulo and Rio hotels is sent to biomethanization and composting, while other waste is properly discarded.
• Upcycling: Creative transformations of discarded materials.
• Consumption Reduction: Efficient practices in energy and water use.
• Sustainable Infrastructure: Charging stations for electric vehicles, bike racks, and vegetable gardens.
• Reusable Materials: Encouragement of refillable bottles and reusable cups.

In the second half of 2024, we received the Zero Waste Certification at hotel Emiliano São Paulo, a result of our commitment to becoming a more sustainable space. Recognizing that over 95% of our waste is diverted from landfills through rigorous recycling, composting and reuse.

Social Committee: Human and Inclusive Development

Focused on social actions that strengthen community values and environmental respect, while encouraging voluntary initiatives from our employees.

Key initiatives include: Harmonicanto Christmas, Unidos de Paraisópolis, Talent Factory, and Neighbor Support.

Sports Committee: Promoting Physical and Mental Well-being

We foster employee integration and encourage sports practices that benefit mental and physical health.

Arts Committee: Promoting Cultural Expressions

We believe culture drives citizenship, so we promote reading circles, poetry events, and cultural outings.

Gastronomy Committee: Sustainability in the Kitchen

Our kitchens adopt full food utilization practices, with each dish designed to generate a positive environmental impact.
