Equity ensures that each individual has access to the same opportunities, respecting their contexts and needs. Inclusion is more than allowing presence; it is ensuring that everyone has voice, space, and respect. Belonging arises when people feel truly welcomed, represented, and free to be who they are. Together, these principles build fairer, more human, and more innovative environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Leadership with Female Protagonism:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We believe that the strength of a company lies in the diversity of thoughts, cultures, and stories. We foster welcoming environments and equal opportunities for all, with a strong commitment to encouraging female leadership \u2014 one of our pillars of social transformation. This commitment is reflected in our teams: in S\u00e3o Paulo, 12 of 17 leadership positions are held by women; in Rio de Janeiro, they lead 8 of 15 management roles. More than 65% of our managerial positions are held by women, of which 30% are under 24 or over 50 years old, and over 45% self-identify as Black, Brown, Indigenous, or Asian.
